We've heard your feedback about shipping and processing times, and we want to be completely transparent with you. As a small, passionate team of fragrance enthusiasts, we handle every aspect of your order personally, from carefully decanting your selections to thoughtfully packing and shipping each package.
While this hands-on approach ensures quality and care in every order, we recognise it has led to longer processing times than you deserve. Your patience has been appreciated, but we know we can do better.
Taking Action: Temporary Closure (September 15-26, 2025)
To address these challenges head-on, we'll be temporarily closing our store from September 15-26, 2025. During this time, our team will be:
- Sourcing in Dubai: Travelling to discover and curate exceptional new fragrances for our collection
- Process Improvement: Redesigning our workflow to reduce processing and shipping times significantly
- System Upgrades: Implementing better inventory management and order tracking systems
What This Means for You
Before September 15:
- All orders placed will be processed and shipped as normal
- Consider placing any urgent orders before this date
During Closure (Sept 15-26):
- Full-bottle orders will be processed as normal.
- Decant orders will be processed on reopening.
- Customer service responses may be delayed
- We'll be working behind the scenes to serve you better
From September 27:
- Store reopens with improved processes
- Faster processing and shipping times
- Exciting new fragrances from our Dubai sourcing trip
- Enhanced customer experience
